Dear reader,

Before we get into “is Squid Game worth it or not” questions, I would like to tell you about our calendar tool once again. With this Google-backed calendar, you can keep track of upcoming movies and TV shows directly from your mobile phone. What makes it different from that app that you already use? It’s integrated directly into your phone calendar. Moreover, you can always use it even when offline—meaning without data. Lastly, you can be rest assured that we’ll review your feedback and suggestions seriously. Try it today by subscribing here.

As we’re entering the final quarter of the year, many more movies and TV shows are set to premiere, so you surely need our calendar tool. Daniel Craig’s final outing as 007, in No Time to Die, premieres in October. Following closely behind this action thriller are other movies whose release dates have been altered multiple times due to the pandemic, namely, Denis Villeneuve’s  Dune, Wes Anderson’s The French Dispatch, and Tom Hardy’s second outing as an antihero in Venom: Let There Be Carnage. Still to premiere in October are the sequel to Army of the Dead, Army of Thieves; and Edgar Wright’s Last Night in Soho.

In Nollywood theatrical releases, we’ve got Seyi Babatope’s Bad Boys and Bridesmaids, Inkblot’s Charge and Bail, and Anthill’s Progressive Tailor’s Club.  On Netflix you can catch Kunle Afọlayan’s Swallow on October 1.
This is a great start to the final quarter!
