The rules once again:
– Films released to the general audience for the first time between December 1, 2022 – November 30, 2023.
– The critics could select up to 3 names in the directors and performances category, which were counted as individual votes at the end.
– Every critic could select their top 5 films (as listed under their names below). They were awarded points as shown:

  1. Mr C voted for just two films, does that mean other nice films released does not meet his standard? I am surprised I didn’t see breath of life and that Niyi Akinmolayan film among any of the critics.

    • Yes, every critic can decide to use up all of their votes or not.
      Also, you should check again if you mean Niyi Akinmolayan’s House of Secrets. Some people voted for House of Secrets in the 3 categories.
      Lastly, Breath of Life is a December release and will be eligible for next year’s list.
