First Look Images: ‘The Stone Drew Ripples’, Drama Starring Meg Otanwa, Zainab Balogun, Tina Mba, Gbemi Akinlade and Gold Ikponmwosa

First look images have been released for The Stone Drew Ripples, a drama directed by ORIMZ. The Stone Drew Ripples is a film about a middle class Nigerian family faced with the dilemma of saving the life of their youngest child with a chronic illness.

The Stone Drew Ripples stars Jasmine Olarotimi (Oga Bolaji), Meg Otanwa (For Maria Ebun Pataki), Zainab Balogun (Charge and Bail), Tina Mba (Ile Owo), William Benson, Angel Unigwe (The Wildflower), Ben Touitou (Lockdown), Gbemi Akinlade (Day of Destiny), Gold Ikponmwosa (Oga Bolaji), And Victor Omachi.

Shot on location in Ibadan and Lagos in June 2021, The Stone Drew Ripples is produced by Rebelus Production and written by Belema Don-Pedro, Olanrewaju Adeniran, and The Ink.

Director ORIMZ most recently directed Choke, a psychological thriller starring Chimezie Imo on a revenge mission, that went on to win the Audience Choice Award at the just concluded Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF).

The Stone Drew Ripples remains without a release date as it first heads to festivals.
